RETURN POLICY

We gladly offer FREE returns for customers. For returns, the following must be in place:

 

  • Items must be returned within a 30 day period. 

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant WILL NOT be accepted.

  • Sale items are non-returnable. 
  • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. 

 

 

Black Friday Sale 

Please be aware that all black friday sale items are non-returnable.

 

Promotion Codes

All promotion codes are valid until a given date specified either on our sites banner or social pages. 

Combining promotion codes is prohibited and can only be used within one transaction. 

Ex: Using a discount code for an order over $75 will NOT deduct the shipping price for free shipping. It would have to be one promotion only. 

 

How do I track my order?

 

As soon as you order from us, we will send out an email confirming your item. You will then be followed by another email within 3-5 business days with your tracking number as we are preparing your items for shipment. Please keep in mind, processing time can be 3-5 business days. The item will then ship and deliver within 2-4 business days. 

 

NOTE: The time period of shipping may increase, due to the holidays, large sales, and launches. 

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we do provide both domestic and international shipping for our customers. International shipping can take 10-15 business days after processing, since we are located in the US.  

Please note, we ship on DDP Basis (delivery duty paid). Meaning the total amount at checkout is displaying shipping and importing fees.
